The friars of the Capuchin Franciscan Province of St. Joseph, inspired by the gospel of Jesus and the example of St. Francis of Assisi, are devoted to God and committed to those we serve and those who serve with us.
Our friars are blessed with many partners sharing in our ministries, including the Capuchin Soup Kitchen, Solanus Casey Center and Capuchin Retreat Center serving Metro Detroit, Capuchin Community Services in Milwaukee, and the Solanus Mission Association. supporting both missionaries abroad and those serving the Crow and Northern Cheyenne peoples in Montana, and more. All ministries of the Capuchin Franciscan Province of St. Joseph share the same federal tax ID number and nonprofit status, and can accept gifts made payable directly to them.
Our friar communities across the Province are home to many senior Capuchin priests and brothers whose active roles of ministry and service have been changed by age. What endures is a powerful dedication to the Lord, and the living examples of a mighty faith they offer the rest of us.
Your planned gift will help ensure that our work with the disenfranchised continues through our ministry in schools, soup kitchens, parishes, retreat centers and mission fields. It also ensures that we have the resources necessary to provide for these faith-filled men as they retire from their lives of active service.
The generous support of our benefactors across our Province sustains, encourages and carries us forward. If we can assist you with the gift planning process, please contact the Development Office at the Capuchin Province of St. Joseph at 313.939.2002 or [email protected]. Thank you for your kindness!
